Octaflow Software and firmware update available

ALA's new perfusion system releases version 2.0.2.3 of its software. This version will fix several major bugs that affected triggering functions, timing units, as well as adding some short cut key features. This version requires the firmware in the interface unit to be updated. The firmware and Octaflow software are both in the setup file now available at the Octaflow download tab. New Isolated Cable

During temperature control and measurement it is important to keep low voltage signals from high voltage interference. This can cause temperature fluctuations or poor control. In many temperature control systems the sensor (low power thermal couple) is located close to the heating element (high power) which can cause problems.

ALA has addressed this problem by having a custom cable made that houses both the high & low power lines but are isolated from one another. This allows for a single cable to most of our temperature systems making them elegant but more importantly - stable and accurate.
