MEA1060-Amplifiers
Multi Channel Systems provides high-performance amplifiers for various in vitro and in vivo applications. Gain and bandwidth settings can be specified by the user. MEA1060 amplifiers for in vitro recording from microelectrode arrays (MEAs)
Raw electrode data is amplified by the 60 channel pre and filter amplifier MEA1060.
The small-sized amplifier fits perfectly on standard microscopes.
MEA1060-Amplifiers
Raw electrode data is amplified by the 60 channel pre and filter amplifier MEA1060.
The small-sized amplifier fits perfectly on standard microscopes.
Two versions are available, for inverted microscopes and upright microscopes, MEA1060-1 and MEA1060-2, respectively.
The MEA1060 can be ordered with different gain and bandwidth configurations by the user's choice. For example, typical pass bands would be 1-300 Hz for recording field potentials and 300-3000 Hz for recording action potentials.
It is also possible to use a broadband amplifier and filter the data with the digital filter of the free MC_Rack program.
You can select any electrode for stimulation.
Single electrodes that are not used can be grounded to avoid noise and artefacts.
The new MEA 1060BC amplifier features a blanking circuit. Software controls allow you to select any electrode on a MEA for stimulation and recording. A blanking signal, continuing for 500 µs after a stimulus, completely removes any stimulus artifacts.
