Microforge for making microtools

The MF-900 microforge is used for the manufacturing and tip forming of micropipettes. This microforge can be used to fire polish, bend, break tips to a specified diameter, etc. The built-in microscope comes with a 10X eyepieces, 5X and 10X objectives. Optional optics are available.

The MF-900 has separate, easy-to-operate and stable manipulators to adjust micropipette and heater positions independently. A three-dimensional remote-controlled manipulator is attached to the microscope, which also incorporates a heater. All the procedures required to shape and polish glass micropipette tips are done right at the operators hand. Pipettes can easily be replaced or rotated. Exclusively used for 1mm Glass Capillary.

Multiple functions for making different kinds of microtools.

The MF-900 offers a wide range of functions for making many different kinds of microtools by processing microneedle tips. An easyto-use manipulator is provided for operating the heater and pipette, and the microscope is operated three-dimensionally with control close to the operator's hand. Separate rotation mechanisms for vertical and horizontal movement allow the pipette to be approached at any angle, while a special device in the heater section can form it into any required shape. As well as conventional scales, a protractor to measure angles is provided on the microscope eyepiece. With the heater turned ON/OFF via a foot switch, and the heater section integrated into the microscope body, all control actions are performed easily and precisely close to the operator's hand.
